Chamber Office and Visitor Center
The Solana Beach Chamber office and Visitor Information Center have advertising displays to showcase Member brochures, booklets and business cards. This is an excellent way to present your business organization to residents and visitors as well as Solana Beach newcomers. Our visitor center representative is well-informed about Chamber members, the City of Solana Beach and surrounding areas. Visit the center and drop off your brochure for placement in the rack card display.

Networking Sundowner
Every other month, a Chamber member hosts an early evening gathering at their place of business. As an alternative, the event can be shared by three or more members, each of whom is expected to bring ten guests to the event increasing the potential for networking. This is a popular function and is the perfect time to network with other professionals and to showcase your business, products and services. Sundowners are attended by Chamber Members, local business people and government officials.
Networking Power Lunch
On the alternate month, the Solana Beach Chamber hosts a "Power Lunch" networking gathering at a local business. This is a popular function and a great opportunity to network with other professionals and to showcase your business, products and services. Attendees have a chance to speak to the group about the benefits of their business to gain trust and quality referrals. The event typically has a featured speaker on a topic of interest to the business community. Long time attendees are given a chance to showcase their business with a five to ten minute presentation on a rotation of long time attendees (three or more visits). Power Lunches are attended by Chamber Business Members with businesses in Solana Beach and the surrounding communities.
eCommerce Opportunities
Small Business Referral Service
The Chamber offers members a Small Business Central capability where questions of all kind can be asked of other members. Chamber members sign up as experts with the Chamber and are referred to when another Chamber member requires assistance. The program features both a referral and assistance unique to Chamber members.
Upon joining, new Members are given a Small business Handbook that gives hints and advice on a variety of topics to the small business owner. It also provides references to sources throughout the country and to our own Solana Beach practicioners.

The Solana Beach Chamber website is a great way to reach Chamber Members, local business owners and residents and people interested in relocating to Solana Beach.

In addition to a listing in the Chamber website, members have the opportunity to enhance their ads in a citywide website, www.SolanaBeachInformation.com. This website is displayed on the Web but is also on the kiosks at the train station, at our hotels, and timeshares - all maintained by the Chamber.
There is also a smartphone AP that refers locals and visitor to your place of business using the same information that is on the kiosks.
Chamber Weekly Email Blast
The Solana Beach Chamber sends out an email blast to its Members every week concerning Chamber coming events, Chamber news, Chamber Member events/specials/news, and Community events and news.
Member to Member Discount Exchange
The Solana Beach Chamber "Member to Member Discount Exchange" was initiated to encourage Chamber Members to engage in business with other Chamber Members by offering discounts, specials and coupons. The Chamber suggests keeping offers simple and making them available for a minimum of one year. New and existing offers are presented as a part of the weekly eblast.

Celebrate San Diego County at Del Mar Fairgrounds
This is an exhibit celebrating San Diego County and featuring the individual communities ,businesses and people that make San Diego great. Each community will be featured on one day at the Fair in June. You can sell merchandise from your table to promote your business. It is held at the San Diego Pavilion in the infield of the Del Mar Fairgrounds racetrack. The Fair provides: tickets, booth, tables, chairs, electrical and shade. Activities within the Pavilion: wine tasting with the opportunity to talk with the vintners, cooking demonstrations featuring chefs from San Diego County restaurants, daily entertainment showcasing local talent and more!
Solana Beach Chamber Board of Directors Installation Dinner
The Solana Beach Chamber hosts their annual Installation Dinner in the spring at the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club in Solana Beach. A cocktail hour and silent auction start off the evening, followed by dinner and the opening ceremony. Live music is provided throughout the event. The accomplishments of the Solana Beach business community and its residents are acknowledged with awards being given out for Business of the Year, Civic Member of the Year and Ambassador of the Year. The event highlights the installation of the Chamber's new Board of Directors and Officers for the current year.
Fiesta del Sol
An annual seaside classic, the first weekend in June, the Fiesta del Sol draws over 50,000 festival-goers looking to shop, play, eat and listen to live music. The Fiesta del Sol is a community celebration that exemplifies the arrival of Solana Beach as a booming cultural and commercial center, while preserving the highest quality of life in Southern California. It features Stellar Live Music, Arts and Crafts, Sponsor and Merchant Booths, Children's Activities, International Food Court, and a Beer and Wine Garden. We would love to have you on board for this bigger-than-life community event sponsored by the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce.
