Tide Beach Park
Tide Beach Park is a secluded stretch of sandy beach at the north end of Solana Beach. The beach is hidden by steep bluffs and accessible by staircase. It has a large reef, called Table Tops, which offers good surfing, snorkeling, surf-fishing, and swimming. Tide pools are located at the north end of the beach. The beach is wide at low tide and narrows at high tide.

Public showers. No public restrooms.

Free parking along the street.

6am to 10pm.
Lifeguards
Lifeguards are on duty only during the summer.
